our water: with help from our ecoheads faucets, we use about 80% less water when shampooing! what's more is they also filter out all the yuckiness that makes our water hard. check 'em' out here.

our waste: we've partnered with green circle salons - an organization that keeps color out of water systems, recycles foils and color tubes, and even composts hair cuttings! you can find more about them here.

our cleaners: we support small & local every chance we get. we LOVE what littlesalmon.co has going on at their Lexington Ave. business, and we refill all of our cleaning products over there!

right?! that's bird! she's a good time loving 5 year-old catahoula leopard dog, and she's an integral member of the yellowbird team. she came to be kristin's best friend as a foster pup from Oklahoma, and now she's our esteemed client greeter. she enjoys long walks in the woods and her favorite food is string cheese.

birdie is a certified Paws for Love therapy dog, and we think she's pretty sweet - but if you'd prefer a dog-free appointment, just give us a heads up!
